CCI Primers are continuously tested and improved. As a result today’s CCI are more sensitive, easier to seat and more compatible with progressive and automated loading equipment than ever before. They utilize modern non-corrosive and non-mercuric initiator mixes for the cleanest burn possible. Available in 1000 or 5000 count boxes.
CCI Large Pistol Primers
Smokeless Powder, Black Powder, Primers, and Fuses ship from our warehouse with other products. This ensures no more than one Shipping Charge and one HazMat Charge per order (unless you also order products that Ship Separately from Alphaguncenter.com or our Suppliers). Each order is limited to no more than 25 pounds of Black Powder, and no more than 66 pounds each of Smokeless Powder, Primers, or Fuse. Smokeless Powder, Black Powder, Primers, and Fuses are considered hazardous materials, incur HazMat Charges, and can only ship ground freight within the continental U.S. Due to safety considerations and legal/regulatory reasons, Smokeless Powder, Black Powder, Primers, and Fuses cannot be returned.

CCI primers are good stuff. They go ‘Bang’ every time and deliver consistent velocity/accuracy/ignition with a wide variety of powders. I have had failures with other brands and lost a firing pin (primer ruptured in a .243 load) to a Big W primer but NEVER had a ‘dud’ or failure in a CCI of any variety.

Great Primers
I have used literally 10s of thousands CCI primers…large pistol, small pistol, standard and magnum, large rifle, small rifle…and I could count the number of misfires on a couple of fingers. I’ve had more factory loads misfire than reloads. You can’t go wrong with CCI.

Best primers around
I found these on sale when I started reloading and other than a minor foray into another brand (given as a gift), these are the only primers I use. In the last 7,000 rounds I loaded (9mm, 45 auto, .223 rifle) I haven’t had one FTF. The gift primers had about 2% failures. To me, that says something about CCI…STICK WITH THEM!

Good Primers
I have loaded and shot 10’s of thousands of these primers. I have heard some complaints that they are hard and requires a harder strike to ignite, for the most part I have not had that issue except on one Pistol that was set up as a competition gun and it only likes Remington Primers but overall I have found these primers are very consistant.

Great Primers
I’ve tried other brand primers but I was not happy with there inconsistent results of my reloaded product. I’m now only using CCI Brand Primers for all of my reloading receipt. CCI primers seat easy and evenly into my pistol cases and provide great consistent results using Unique Powder.

Consistent primers
I have been reloading for the past 35 years and I have always had consistent performance out of CCI primers. I can honestly say I don’t think that I have ever had a mis fire due to a bad CCI primer. My records show that I have loaded close to 30,000 rounds. CCI in my opinion makes wonderful products.

Great reliable in all wether conditions
I reloaded more than a thousand round using this primers in many large & mag. calibers. if you are in the Wet and snow west coast this is the best primer to have .You will not regret using this primer in rainy BC pulling the triger on 300 yard ELK.
